Exchange Policy

Milesgifts exchange policy allows you to exchange any Milesgifts product purchased online within 7 days from receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost if there are manufacturing defects, wrong delivery such as different products or different sizes are sent. But if customers order the wrong size or just wanna change the color, they have to pay delivery charges. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.

However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to Milesgifts online store and inform our customer service. We will revise and resend the full order.

For shoes/heels, if there is a size issue, and pre-ordered it, then you have to wait until the next shipment arrives. (not more than 5 weeks).

Please note:

  • No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/refundable.
  • No monetary refund is acceptable.
  • Colors of products might vary a little, as customers are ordering just by watching the pictures of products. As different mobile or computers have different screen resolutions.
  • Chain length of customized name jewelry can’t be accurate. There might be a 1/2 inches difference.
